Dear all,

As you may already know, 2021 is the year of great change for us.

After having practised the wonderful profession of lawyer for twelve years, we decided to hang up our robes to devote ourselves to another passion: wine!

This conversion was an old dream, which we are now venturing to realise.

We both grew up in wine regions, in France and South Africa, and have always been passionate about wine and vine growing. It is no coincidence that 12 years ago we celebrated our wedding in the middle of the Monbazillac vineyards.

Our crazy project is starting to take shape in a concrete way since we have just – we hope – found the vineyard where we will soon put our bags (as well as our pruning shears, our pickaxes and our tractor).

If all goes according to plan, we will be able to start work this summer in the Languedoc, near Pézenas, on a magnificent terroir of the Côtes de Thongue which is already producing some very nice organic wines.

We can’t wait! And we are not the only ones: our two daughters are also impatient. It must be said that they already imagine themselves riding a unicorn through the vineyards… After all, why should adults have a monopoly on crazy projects?
