In limine is one of our first two red wines, created in a Languedoc spirit from the two main grape varieties of our estate, typical of Languedoc: Grenache and Cinsault. This wine, organic like all our other wines, has a beautiful garnet color with fuchsia nuances. Resolutely on the fruit, in a gourmet register of grenadine, In limine develops notes of burlat cherry, wild strawberry and violet. The mouth is juicy and crunchy.

Its name, In limine, is still a nod to our former life as lawyers « In limine “In limine”, an expression widely used by practitioners of civil procedure, means “on the threshold”, “from the start”, and that is what this cuvée represents: it is the threshold of our renewal as winegrowers.
